Stepping outside our spiritual comfort zones reveals where our practices truly stand. When I left my routine to visit my college daughter, what began as a simple weekend trip became a profound journey into reflection, anxiety, and supernatural guidance.

Have you ever noticed patterns forming in your life? The week leading up to my trip, I experienced three distinct incidents where I felt accused of something that made no sense – my mother questioning why I wasn't cooking breakfast for everyone, a client email that felt critical, and a stranger on a plane with an unusual request about my sweatshirt. These seemingly random events shared a common thread, creating an undercurrent of anxiety throughout my journey.

The breakthrough came when I finally sat down to decode what my higher self was showing me through these reflections. I was unconsciously accusing myself of being a bad mother for visiting one child while another recovered from illness at home – guilt that made no logical sense but manifested physically as anxiety and even a mysterious sunburn that appeared despite minimal sun exposure.

This episode explores the profound shift that occurred once I recognized and released this pattern, transforming my entire experience. I share two remarkable supernatural confirmations that followed.

And I recorded this podcast while driving. I thought I was just going to record the notes that I wanted to touch on for the podcast, but then I ended up just recording the entire podcast while driving and then stopping. So sometimes I don't know about you, but when I'm driving, things just like kind of come through for me a lot easier. So what I'm going to talk about today is a recent trip I went on the reflections, I experienced some supernatural little gifts that I experienced on the trip as well, and how to start paying attention to your own patterns and reflections. So let's dive in. So what I want to talk about is how spiritual people can feel really grounded and on point when they are in their day-to-day routines and you know, they might feel dialed in, like they have it all together. And then the second they leave town, which is what happened to me this weekend, and I'll share some personal stories.

Speaker 1:

When I left town, I was kind of thrown off. I wasn't in my normal routine. I was around a lot of people and normally I'm kind of a hermit. I have, you know, I'm with my children, I am around my parents, my sister, that's about it. I will go to the gym sometimes but I, you know, stick to myself. I don't really socialize or anything like that. So typically I'm feeling pretty good. I'm feeling like dialed in at a high frequency. All of that the best test, and a lot of us are experiencing tests right now to prepare us for some things that are going down in 2025. So, again. Like I always look at obstacles as the best way to learn and evolve and level up, and so I'll share my personal story and a little bit about how I shifted these things going on.

Speaker 1:

So I left town last Friday to go visit my daughter, who's in college, and she's in a sorority, and they had a mom's event. And you know, my daughter and I are very, very close. I had her at a young age, we call ourselves the Gilmore Girls, we love our coffee, all of that, and I was so excited to go see her. And then, on one hand, I was also feeling a little guilty because my son had been really sick. He had a swollen lymph node which turned out to be strep throat, in case. I think I mentioned it in the last podcast episode, so if you haven't listened to that one, you can go listen to that one and so I was feeling a little guilty, even though he was perfectly safe and being taken care of by my parents and my sitter. And so what I noticed leading up to even leaving and this is how reflections kind of work, and I dive, diving deep into this in my membership this month for April, and if you're in my membership, you can tell me some of the patterns you're seeing in your life, or body issues or whatever, and I will be recording a session where I decode those. So if you're not in my membership, you can jump in. I have three different levels and I will post it in the show notes. You can go look at that and just let me know if you have any questions.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so, leading up to it, I had a weird situation where I was cooking last week. My daughter was on spring break, I had my niece over and then my son had been sick so he was home. So all three kids were at home, they had already eaten breakfast and so I was cooking myself kind of a late breakfast of eggs and hash browns. I was very excited about it. And my mom walks into the kitchen and my mom is one of the biggest reflectors for me, which I know now, now that I know so much about reflections. I know that when she says something that triggers me, it's a reflection. It has nothing to do with her.

Speaker 1:

However, I was kind of caught off guard because I was like in my little elated state waiting for my breakfast and I. She came up to me and she said are you really not going to? Are you really cooking breakfast just for yourself and not for anybody else? And it was a very accusatory tone and because I was caught off guard and I didn't take a second to tell myself I created this. What's going on? I kind of snapped at her and reminded her that all the kids had already eaten and then she kind of walked off and I said some snarky things I shouldn't have said and then I like rolled my eyes at myself. I was like, okay, this is obviously a reflection. So what am I accusing myself of? Like, I kind of went through my whole steps to decode a reflection and it can get very if you don't have your intuition dialed in which I will be teaching in my membership like an introduction to intuition it can be very difficult to break this down and shift it.

Speaker 1:

You can try on your own, of course, and you do get points. You do get soul points for trying. However, I didn't take the time. I was like yeah, yeah, okay, I'll look at this later. This always comes back to bite me when I do this. So I need to just like remember this in the moment, to just take the time, take a few minutes to decode it, use my intuition.

Speaker 1:

And so then that night I got an email from one of my CFO clients, who I literally have I like bust my butt for them. I'm I love working for them and I go above and beyond. I just got them evaluation at $20 million. So I was feeling really good. And then I got an email response to some financial reports I sent to the team and the CEO said something like this is good, but I think, you know, we need to act like a big company now, which is totally understandable.

Speaker 1:

And it just felt like, again, he wasn't accusing me of anything, but to me I internalized it as he was accusing me of not being good enough, right. And what was weird is I had used to send reports that were very detailed and he was kind of like this is too much, like he. He's like I have ADHD, I can't read all of this. So I like had taken it down a notch and like, really, just, he asked for a few headliners, so that's what I had sent over, right? So my ego self, my human self, was like, oh, he's saying I'm not good enough.

Speaker 1:

And then I started going down a spiral Like that's never helpful, right. So again I, I, my higher self, told me not to check my email and I didn't listen. It was like nine 30 at night, so this was the last thing I had in my mind before going to bed and I was like stewing on it all night. So, reminder to self do not check email when higher self says not to. And I'm in my car, so hopefully you guys can hear this, okay.

Speaker 1:

But so then I wake up and I have to kind of rush because I'm going to the airport, right, and I'm feeling a little anxious, which usually I love flying. I don't have any fears around flying. Wasn't really sure why I was feeling anxious, trying to push it away. I thought, oh well, it's just because I'm going and I'm leaving my son and he's not like you know, he was better, but not all the way.

Speaker 1:

So I get on my flight, I'm like excited, I'm getting all my stuff situated, like this girl had wanted to sit in the middle and you know I was just getting my stuff all sorted out and getting situated. And so then she says to me can you tuck your sweatshirt into your arm? Your sweatshirt keeps touching my t-shirt and I was just like what. I was like. Okay, I know this is a reflection, because this is so bizarre. So I just kind of like I was processing it and I was like okay. And then she was like sorry, I was really anxious about asking you that. And so I was like, okay, getting accused, feeling like I'm getting accused of something that doesn't make sense. Those were the three big patterns, right. So I was like what the hell is going on? I try to figure it out on the flight, I'm feeling super anxious. I try to figure it out on the flight, I'm feeling super anxious. So I looked in a little bit and I thought I shifted. It did not.

Speaker 1:

So, long story short, this background buzzing of anxiety kind of stuck with me for the first two days of the trip, and on one of the mornings my daughter went back to her dorm to go get ready, and so I was like, okay, I'm getting to the bottom of this. And that's when I realized, oh, I'm accusing myself of being a bad parent because I'm here with my other child and not home with him. And it doesn't make any sense, right, because I have three children, so it's nice to spend one-on-one time with each of them, and I don't get to visit with my daughter that often anymore because she lives far away from me. So I did so much shifting that morning, so much clearing. I felt so much better, my anxiety was completely gone and I had an amazing trip. Oh, and that day, before I shifted it, I wasn't even in the sun that much and I got a sunburn on my forehead, which is a reflection of me being angry that I can't control the details Right. And so I knew, because of what I shifted that morning, that it was because I couldn't protect my son. I felt like I couldn't protect my son while I was there, right, because he wasn't feeling great and all of that. So that made sense. Once I shifted, the sunburn went away, wasn't an issue.

Speaker 1:

So this is the power of reflections is that once you understand how they work and there's two levels on how they work, and I explained that in the membership but depending on where you're at and your frequency, that will determine how to decode your reflection so once you understand how they work, they can still be complex, but when you use your intuition and you keep diving in deeper and deeper, then that's where the magic is, because we literally create everything in our life, and what my higher self did was. I was in situations where I was getting drained in social interactions, I was dropping my protections and then I was having to put my protections up in real time while people are talking to me and dealing with all of this stuff, right. And it was good because I knew it was a moment of growth because, yes, we can all stay home and be super high frequency, but the real test is getting around other people who aren't as high frequency and being able to maintain your connection, being able to maintain your protection right. So those were all amazing lessons that I learned, that you know what I need to get really good at doing this on my feet, around anybody and always remembering like I'm creating everything in my reality right, and all of these things. It's just my higher self speaking to me, showing me where I'm out of balance. There was more to it, but that was the basis of the major, major reflections that I had. And then what was so beautiful is that day that I sat down to shift it.

My mentor told me it's one of my gifts is especially decoding the body and then healing the body. Those are just. You know, we all have our unique gifts. Those are two areas that are very high unique gifts for me. So that's why I love talking about reflections so much.

Obviously, if you have the link and you already purchased one, I will honor those. But what I'm going to do is like, if you're in my membership, you're already familiar with my work. So, yes, I will do like mini reads in there on top of what I'm already doing, but otherwise you can book a 40-minute session with me. Reason being is because, yes, a 15-minute read sounds great, but but I'm actually doing all the reading before I even get on Telegram to share the information. So it ends up being like a 30, 40-minute read, and that's why my mentor was like no more of those many reads, just do the 40-minute read. So that's why I'm no longer offering those. And then I did mention in the Sunday Source, if you read it, that there were two very supernatural things that happened this weekend.

Speaker 1:

So I've had a lot of people asking me questions about dreams, and so dreams fall into four different categories which I will like touch on in my membership at some point. Briefly, they're either reflective, which kind of goes along with all the reflection stuff they are predictive dark forces or they're just your subconscious processing information. So those are the four categories. Again, your intuition would need to be dialed in to understand which one it is. Or working with someone whose intuition is dialed in. So in my personal intuitive journey right now I'm in level three at Guided Light Healing, which is my mentor Alessandro's school, and we are learning about predictive dreams. And so I had forgot, actually, that two days before my trip I had set the intent, like I want to have a predictive dream, but you're supposed to wake up and remember your dream and like kind of piece it together. There was a whole process. So right before I woke up on the morning of my flight.

Speaker 1:

I had a very random dream where I was making out with this guy, jason Ritter, who I honestly have never thought about in my life. The only reason I even knew who he was in my dream is I was like, oh, he's the Three's Company guy's son. If you had asked me, like, oh, what show or movie was Jason Ritter in? I honestly don't even know I wouldn't be able to tell you right now. So in my dream I was kissing him, and usually that is a dark force sign for me if I'm kissing someone. But I know in the dream and I kind of wake up because it feels very probing, which sounds gross, but like that's how I know it's a dark force thing. I also ask to see their teeth in the dream, and if they're all jagged, I know it's a dark force just trying to pull energy or information for me sometimes both. So that's a totally different topic.

Speaker 1:

But so in my dream, though, I felt really like when I was hugging him I felt really supported and like comforted. It had no like negative feelings, and when I woke up that morning, the name in my dream, and I've had this happen before. I've had predictive dreams many times but didn't really pay attention. It was before I learned all of this and like what they actually mean. So the name like in my dream I kept saying Jason Ritter, jason Ritter, jason Ritter.

Speaker 1:

So when I woke up I was like Jason Ritter. I was like that is so random and I didn't even look it up or anything, I just was getting ready for my flight. So I go to the airport, I'm walking around Again, like I said, I was feeling a little anxiety, like hum of anxiety. So I was like, oh, I'll get an Us Weekly I think it was People Magazine. I never read those anymore because they're just so low frequency, dark force stuff. If you want to know why, you can join my membership. But maybe I'll do some trainings on that, but I don't normally buy those anymore. But I was like I just want something to distract me, right? So I'm on the flight flipping through the pages, I open it up and I kid you not, like I have a picture of this, there's a full spread on Jason Ritter. And I said out loud on the flight I was like, oh my God. And I was like what does this mean? Because I was like thinking there was a message and I really couldn't find a message and I was like no, no, I think this is like confirmation with a predictive dream intention that I set and I was like this is bizarre. And then I was like, well, maybe it said his name on the front and like my subconscious mind picked up on that. So I looked at the front of the magazine nowhere is he mentioned. So there's no way I knew that he would be in that magazine, right? So that was really cool. That kind of calmed me down. I was like, although the magazine was like warning, bomb threat or something, and it was a little concerning, I was like does this mean the plane's going down? I was very did not help my anxiety for a minute, but then I calmed myself down and channeled my higher self and understood it was confirmation of my predictive dream skills. So that was one supernatural thing.

Speaker 1:

The other one is there's a show called Sabrina, which I love the original, with Melissa Joan Hart, my 10-year-old and I. She and I watched that together every weekend. We love Sabrina the old school one, the scarier version, which is like the newer one. I think it came out during COVID. I can only watch it when I'm with my teen, which sounds so funny, but she loves that show, she finds it comforting and she'll like put it on and just like relax, which I find very bizarre because it's quite disturbing and my mentor has said like it's pretty accurate to some of the things that happen in the dark force world.

Speaker 1:

So we went to dinner. I'd had a glass of wine, which I don't drink very often, but I was just like I'm on vacation, I'm going to relax, enjoy a glass of wine. So we got back to the hotel. It was late, like nine o'clock for me that's late. I usually go to bed at nine 30, but I was feeling like spicy for some reason and I was like, oh, should we watch like Sabrina, and my teen is a night owl.

Speaker 1:

So she was like yeah, so I had to turn off the last episode we had watched months ago because it was very disturbing to me. So I was like I'm going to fast forward through that part and just like watch the very end and then we'll watch a new episode. She's like cool, so I fast forward, watch the very end of that. Then I go on to try to watch the new episode, which was like about an exorcism, and each time I try to play it the Netflix screen goes black, it just goes black. I've never seen Netflix do this before and I was like asked my daughter. I'm like, do you see this? She's like yeah. So I said out loud I'm like okay, I'm going to try one more time to watch this episode and if it doesn't work, I'm just going to go to Gilmore Girls, try it again went black. So then I went to Gilmore Girls and it played just fine.

Speaker 1:

So to me I was like okay, my higher self was protecting me from watching that because she knew I already went to bed that night, forgetting to do my sleep protection, and I had a lot of dark force, dark energy in the room that I had to clear at like 2 AM. So she protected me from, you know, even worse things happening in that moment. She knew it wasn't going to be a good, a good night to watch that, especially after having a glass of wine, which kind of opens you up to dark energy if you're not careful. So that was really interesting and I had all of these just like beautiful confirmations throughout the weekend that showed me you know my next level, because the a big misconception in the spiritual world is like, oh, once you decide to like go down this road, life will be easy, and that could not be further from the truth. Your obstacles will never stop, but you'll just get better at decoding them when they're like level one, right. And so what was happening to me with my mom, with my client, with that person on the airplane, it was like level two, level three. And what's funny is after I shifted all of that and I responded to my client, he wrote back and he's like okay, cool, thanks, like totally fine, right.

Speaker 1:

So shifting ourselves shifts the way people treat us and it's not what we were taught. So it doesn't feel natural for a while to just be like I created this. But the more that you can just say like I created this, then you know how to start shifting Again. We can get really comfortable in our own homes when we're doing our routine, but the second we go out into the world, we're around other people. All of that it like takes us up a notch. We need to be experiencing that. The goal isn't to be hidden away all the time. You know, it is like you will get leveled up when you're around people who are lower frequency, who are triggering you, showing you, reflecting where you are imbalanced.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so I've already done two reads this morning for private clients on reflections and I just got another one booked. So it's like one of my favorite things to do. And yeah, let me know what takeaways you learned any aha moments? And just start to notice in your environment, like, do you see a pattern? Like that's. The thing that I've started noticing is like, what's the common pattern? The three instances with the people. The common pattern was they were all I felt. So, again, has nothing to do with what they're actually doing, it's how you feel like they're being to you.

Speaker 1:

I felt like they were all accusing me of something that didn't make sense. Okay. So then I realized I was accusing myself of something that didn't make sense in several areas, not just one. And so if you only heal or shift one of the areas, it's going to keep getting, it's going to keep getting louder until you completely shift it. And that is the annoying part of reflections. And I've been doing this for a long time and I'm I still like sometimes don't see the whole thing, and then it gets louder and then I'm like, okay, okay, I hear it, okay, I see it.
